Fundamental to our mission is equipping the next generation of musicians, producers, promoters, publicists, engineers and technicians to succeed in the music industry.
Our training and development programs are all aimed towards the end goal of rewarding, fairly remunerated, medium and long term employment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on young Camden residents - and those communities for whom such opportunities have too often been out of reach.
Pathways range from nurturing the ‘artist journey’ (discovery in our venues through to playing festival gigs), to partnerships with organisations like Access Creative College and London Sound Academy to provide apprenticeships, practical training and employment, to direct mentoring from our team in skills ranging from artist management to marketing and communications, to workshops and networking events in our spaces.
